Peter Harrington is CEO of the UK-based business simulation design company, Venture Simulations Ltd.
Since graduating in 1989, Peter has created and grown a range of companies. He also has a deep interest in education and learning. In 1999, driven by the appalling UK business start-up failure rate, Peter became interested in simulations and how they could be used to support budding entrepreneurs. In 2006, his company launched the business simulation, SimVenture Classic and a few years later built and launched SimVenture Evolution.

Pierre-Louis Genier is currently the Director of Transnational Education at Taylor’s University Faculty Social Sciences and Leisure Management in Kuala Lumpur. Nor Athirah bt Zainuddin is a content developer with Accordia Training & Development. She is also a Certified Learning Game Design Practitioner awarded by the North American Simulation and Gaming Association (NASAGA). Athirah’s passion for game designs and simulations allowed her to channel her Bachelor in Instructional Communication and Training into designing interactive classroom sessions. She believes that learning approaches should be exploratory and experiential and not merely covering content.
